Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, your return must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging
• Labels and certificates of authenticity must be present
• Personalized items cannot be returned

Return Procedure

To make a return:

1. Contact our customer service at contact@lrevebijoux.com, stating your order number
   
2. Return the item in its original packaging
3. Once received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.

Refund Period

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@lrevebijoux.com. We will do our best to satisfy you.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with an exchange or a refund.
